Feeling depleted, sad, impatient, having difficulty sleeping, or focusing at work can make us feel like we are constantly standing in quick sand. We can feel confused and struggle to seek ways to cope with what is happening in our lives.

This myriad of emotions is usually interwoven and, if gone untreated, has the potential to worsen to the point of negatively influencing our health. In addition to using cognitive and behavioral approaches, I rely on a somatic approach emphasizing the integration of mind and body to achieve a more complete state of wellbeing.
